Thankful Life

A quick Sunday night share for you with a “thank you” card I made using the Thankful Life Hostess stamp set from Stampin’ Up!  I haven’t used this stamp set much but loved it when I saw it in the Occasions Catalogue so it was one of the first ones I purchased.  The main intent of this set is to use two-step stamping to create a simple vase with flowers along with a set of lovely greetings.  However, I decided that the multiple images that are in the set for making the bunch of flowers also make an amazing background – not that is not a new DSP it is the stamped images, aren’t they just beautiful?

I did struggle to keep this card simple – which was my first intension, but with the help of the sketch this week on the Paper Craft Crew Challenge site, I was able to create a card I was super happy with in the end.
