Gift Card Pockets

I have some fun Gift Card holders to share with you today using the new Pocketful of Sunshine stamp set from Stampin’ Up! and the fabulous new Foil Frenzy Specialty Designer Series Paper.  I made these cute gift holders with some lovely ladies a couple of weekends ago at a class and they are so adorable.

There are four colours in the Foil Frenzy paper stack – Berry Burst, Lemon Lime Twist , Soft Sky and Tangerine Tango.  So of course I had to make one in each of the colours.

The Foil DSP is perfect for holding a gift card as it is a little thicker than other DSP and cut to 5″ x 3 3/4″ and folded in half to a 2 1/2″ x 3 3/4″ card, it fits perfectly in the little pocket.

I just love that you can use the stitching in the Pocketful of Sunshine stamp set to decorate your pockets however you like and if you cut out two pockets with the coordinating framelits you can adhere them together to form a pocket (just remove the tabs from one of the pockets first).

The little greeting on the front is cut out with the Stitched Circle Framelits and the stitching coloured with a coordinating marker pen.

When you remove the gift card holder from the pocket you can see that the greeting is actually attached to the gift card part (use one dimensional just at the top of the greeting).

There are so many little features with this stamp set and coordinating framelits that the decoration optionals are endless ...
