Colour INKspiration #13

Time for another fabulous and fun colour challenge with our fortnightly Colour INKspiration – if you are following our blog hop around you will have arrived here from the amazingly talented Nicole Wilson’s blog and seen her amazing card.  If not be sure to keep hopping around as we have loads of wonderful creations using this simply gorgeous colour combo…

Now I am sure you will agree that this combo is just sooooo stunning and I simply couldn’t resist using it for my June customer thank you cards.

I decided to pull out a couple of favourite stamp sets that I haven’t used since all the new goodies have enter my house with the new catalogue but I think you will agree that Remarkable You and Work of Art work a treat with this colour combo.

I used the lighter colours of Sweet Sugarplum and Lemon Lime Twist to create my background using some of the Work of Art swooshes the overlaid the flower using Fresh Fig and Wild Wasabi.

I just loved putting these cards together there are loads of little details with Brick Wall embossing, punched trim and Baker’s Twine.  I also found the perfect greeting in the Eastern Beauty stamp set.  My customers will all have these now so hope they like them as much as I LOVED creating them.

Now you must head on over to the amazing Nikki Spencer’s blog to see her stunning card.
